W2 or C2C Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Functional Lead to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading multiple Oracle Benefits implementations and delivering high-quality solutions in complex environments. Description Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize upstream and downstream HR processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, etc. Facilitates design workshops for End-to-End Benefits Processes with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommends robust design based on Oracle functionality Requirements Proven experience leading multiple Oracle HCM Benefits implementations Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Benefits module Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to start immediately and commit through January 2027 Experience working in large-scale or global implementations Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Public Trust Security Clearance is the lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a Standard Form 85 (SF85) form.
