Job Description

Pay rate: $105- 108.60/hr

Location:

Remote ( Orlando)

Responsibilities:

Support an HR Transformation project for Oracle HCM Compensation & Benefits modules Collaborate with HR and cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and customize HCM workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, data models, and application specifications. Stay up to date with the latest Oracle HCM technologies and industry trends. Convert business requirements into functional specs. Conduct and design workshops and Conference Room Pilot. Lead workstream delivery from end to end. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required. Proven experience as an Oracle HCM SME Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules. Experience in developing and customizing HCM workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
