Job Description
In anticipation of a contract award, we are looking for an Inventory Control / Supply Chain Analyst who will support supply chain and inventory management operations within an Oracle EBS environment.

This position is a hybrid role in Washington, DC. Seventh Sense will support your commute by contributing over $1,500 annually to your Transportation FSA.
Responsibilities:
Perform cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Maintain inventory records and audit trails within Oracle EBS. Review and validate requisitions against inventory requirements, reorder points, lead times, and supplier information. Support procurement package preparation and acquisition processing. Standardize item descriptions, units of measure, and supplier references. Maintain and improve item master records. Identify and correct legacy data quality issues and duplicate records. Produce inventory accuracy reports and operational metrics. Support dashboard and leadership reporting requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS Inventory operations, including cycle counting, physical inventory reconciliation, and sub-inventory management. Experience performing legacy data remediation, including identifying and resolving stale, duplicate, or invalid records within an enterprise-level Item Master.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting specialized manufacturing components, spare parts management, or similar supply chain environments. Experience with National Stock Number (NSN) management and inventory catalog standardization. Experience supporting inventory modernization, catalog maintenance, and data quality initiatives. Experience supporting federal supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations.
