W2 Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle O2C Functional Consultant to support and enhance Order-to-Cash business processes within Oracle Cloud ERP. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion O2C modules, business process design, configuration, integrations, testing, and stakeholder management. The consultant will work closely with business users, IT teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable O2C solutions. Common requirements across Oracle O2C roles include expertise in Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Pricing, Billing, Collections, Revenue Management, and end-to-end process optimization. Responsibilities Lead Oracle Cloud O2C solution design, configuration, and implementation. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure and support Oracle modules including: Order Management (OM) Accounts Receivable (AR) Pricing Credit Management Collections Revenue Management (RMCS) Support order processing, invoicing, cash application, collections, and revenue recognition. Work with integration teams on Oracle Cloud interfaces, APIs, and data migration activities. Execute SIT, UAT, defect resolution, go-live, and hypercare support. Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders. Drive process improvements and Oracle Cloud best practices. Required Qualifications 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud/Fusion O2C.Strong hands-on experience with:
Oracle Order Management (OM) Accounts Receivable (AR) Pricing AutoInvoice Collections Cash Management Experience with end-to-end O2C lifecycle from order creation through cash collection. Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI). Strong requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills. Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production deployments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Revenue Management (RMCS), ASC 606, and subscription billing. Oracle Cloud certification preferred. Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, or CRM integrations.Pay:
