In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Oracle ERP systems, business process improvement, and strategic planning to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. Your proactive approach to change management and business consulting will ensure seamless integration of best practices across teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about transforming financial operations through innovative solutions and strategic insights. Duties Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Oracle-based O2C processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, finance, logistics, and IT—to streamline order management, invoicing, credit management, and collections. Drive change management initiatives by developing training programs, communication plans, and support tools to facilitate adoption of new processes and systems. Conduct comprehensive analysis of current workflows, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and develop strategic plans for process enhancement. Manage projects related to Oracle ERP upgrades or integrations, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to operations. Provide expert guidance on business analysis, research, and management consulting to support strategic decision-making. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process performance and implement data-driven improvements. Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for automation or process innovation that add value to the organization. Experience Proven experience as an Oracle Order to Cash / O2C expert or in a similar ERP-focused role with extensive knowledge of Oracle systems. Strong background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Demonstrated success in managing change management initiatives within complex organizational environments. Expertise in strategic planning, business analysis, and project management—delivering impactful results on time and within scope. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. Experience working within management consulting or business consulting environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with research techniques related to market trends or operational best practices to inform strategic decisions. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and facilitate effective collaboration across departments.
