Oracle Cloud Receivables/PPM Lead Consultant Location:
Atlanta, GA (Hybrid with remote work flexibility; travel to client sites as required)

Public Sector / Healthcare About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Receivables/PPM Lead Consultant to join our robust and growing Cloud practice. If you thrive on helping clients leverage progressive technology solutions to refine their business practices, our team is looking for you. As a Lead Consultant, you will utilize your core Oracle Cloud knowledge in a collaborative, client-success-driven space. The ideal candidate will have proven end-to-end Cloud project experience leading Oracle Cloud Receivables (AR) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules. You will understand how to align key deliverables and milestone metrics for project success, delivering comprehensive business solutions that enhance client systems within public sector and healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities Functional Leadership:
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead clients through the entire Oracle Cloud application services implementation lifecycle.
Solution Design & Configuration:
Configure applications to meet complex client requirements, document application setups, identify functionality gaps, and design necessary extensions.
Documentation:
Write detailed business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.
Testing & Validation:
Assist clients in preparing validation scripts, defining testing scenarios, and developing comprehensive test scripts.
Deployment & Migration:
Lead the successful migration of configurations, integrations, and extensions into production environments.
Advisory Services:
Advise clients on configuration options, potential risks, and impacts on downstream processes or external systems.
Collaboration & Communication:
Partner closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical team members responsible for data conversion and report development.
Project Management Support:
Provide regular, concise status and issue reports to the project manager and client leadership, ensuring deliverables stay on schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements Technical & Professional Experience Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Functional Lead role.
Implementation Track Record:
Ideal candidate has completed at least two end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations focusing on Oracle Cloud Receivables, alongside hands-on experience implementing PPM.
Industry Experience:
Public Sector experience is strictly required; experience within a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
Education:
Bachelor s degree is required at a minimum.
Certifications:
Oracle Cloud certification(s) are strongly preferred. Work Environment & Logistics Must already reside in the United States. All work must be performed within the US. Ability to hold daily meetings on camera and travel to client sites as required during critical project milestones. Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Core Consulting Skills Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and balance client expectations. Proven track record of follow-through on assignments and proactive issue resolution. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to build immediate confidence and trust with clients, account executives, and internal management.
