We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant with strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes to support a large-scale end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementation. This is a high-impact role requiring close collaboration with senior finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The consultant will act as a key bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery across all phases of the implementation lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Client & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Act as the primary liaison between business users, implementation partners, and technical teams. Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership. Functional Expertise Serve as SME for Oracle Cloud Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, and P2P. Conduct requirement gathering, process analysis, and solution design workshops. Configure Oracle Financials modules aligned with business needs and best practices. Implementation & Delivery Lead and support CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles including test planning, execution, and defect resolution. Review deliverables to ensure alignment with functional requirements. Support production cutover activities and post-go-live stabilization. Data Conversion Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation. Work with technical teams on FBDI templates and data load processes. Integrations & Reporting Provide functional input for integrations with external systems such as tax engines and banking platforms. Support reporting requirements using OTBI and BI Publisher. Collaborate with technical teams on API and integration validation. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials. Minimum 2 3 Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experience. Strong hands-on expertise in GL, AP, AR, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Solid understanding of accounting principles including journals, P&L, and balance sheet. Experience in end-to-end implementation lifecycle including testing and cutover.
