SAP FICO
enhancement and project work for the Finance organization
- Provide direction, coordination, and oversight to business systems analysts and support teams
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and solutions
- Partner with EBS Capability Leads and project teams to: Provide status updates Align on priorities Secure approvals
- Gather, design, and document complex business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Analyze current processes and systems to identify enhancement opportunities
- Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Coordinate collaboration between: Business users Super users Support teams Project teams
- Provide guidance on system upgrades and technical improvements, working closely with development teams

- 15+ years of experience with
SAP FICO
configuration and testing
- 15+ years working within global ERP systems, Finance, Accounting, Finance Systems, or IT environments
- 10+ years of experience supporting
SAP FI/CO
projects or enhancements
- Experience working within a large, multinational ERP landscape
- Hands-on experience with bank interfaces and banking integrations
- Proven ability to:
- Understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Build strong partnerships across business and IT teams
- Document and implement system and process improvements Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver against timelines Strong ability to work independently with limited oversight Bachelor's Degree in IT, Finance, or related field
- Experience with
SAP S/4HANA
- Exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives
- Experience with:
- IDOCs and system integrations
- Bank integrations
- Experience managing third-party vendors and external partners
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build relationships across stakeholders
- Continuous learning mindset with the ability to adopt and share new technologies
