C Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer / Analyst to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations through the development, configuration, integration, and maintenance of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint IdentityNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, connector development, workflow customization, and IAM governance processes. This role requires hands-on expertise in SailPoint technologies, Java/Beanshell scripting, API integrations, and enterprise IAM environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and IdentityNow solutions. Configure and maintain SailPoint components including: Lifecycle Manager (LCM) Certifications Roles and Access Governance Onboard enterprise applications into the SailPoint platform. Build, configure, and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors. Customize workflows, rules, provisioning processes, and identity lifecycle processes.

Integrate SailPoint with:

Active Directory (AD) LDAP Databases Cloud Platforms SaaS Applications Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Provisioning Connectors Certifications Access Requests Lifecycle Events Support IAM operations, governance, compliance, audit requirements, and access reviews. Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement IAM solutions.

Required Skills:

3 7+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience. 2 5 years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or IdentityNow experience.

Strong expertise in:

SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) SailPoint IdentityNow Identity Lifecycle Management Application Onboarding Strong programming and scripting skills: Java Beanshell SQL Experience with: REST APIs SOAP APIs SailPoint Connector Frameworks Hands-on experience with: Provisioning Access Certifications Role Management Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise directories and applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with: Okta Ping Identity Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) Single Sign-On (SSO) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Cloud IAM Solutions Understanding of security and compliance frameworks:

SOX NIST ISO

Standards SailPoint Certification(s) preferred. Experience supporting large enterprise IAM environments.
