Description:

The

SAP BRIM

Functional Consultant - FICA will support the PTC solution delivery team within the UBOS program by providing expertise in SAP BRIM and FICA processes. The consultant will be responsible for functional design, configuration, testing, data conversion support, cutover activities, post-go-live support, and collaboration with technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support of

capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Support PTC's solution delivery team in coordinating

SAP BRIM

activities within the UBOS program. Deliver functional designs and configurations for BRIM and FICA capabilities, including payments, dunning, collections, account determinations, and CI/GL integrations. Lead functional testing efforts, review test scripts, validate results, and resolve defects across

BRIM/FICA

processes. Assist BRIM architects with configuration tasks, including business partner/contract account setup, correspondence, and event framework updates. Provide

BRIM/FICA

process expertise to the testing team for scenario design and test data creation. Support the data team with

BRIM/FICA

data mapping, translation rules, cross-reference maintenance, and open item conversion. Contribute to cutover planning, readiness activities, and FICA-related migration tasks. Maintain Azure DevOps work items, documentation, and progress tracking for

BRIM/FICA

deliverables. Provide post-go-live support for FICA processes including monitoring payment interfaces, dunning runs, settlement jobs, and issue resolution. Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, BRF+ rules, correspondence forms, and integration with external payment providers. Support audit and compliance activities by ensuring FICA configuration aligns with financial controls and reporting requirements. Fully document all work products, including technical and functional designs, diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analysis reports, lessons learned, and best practices according to Commission standards and templates. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients. Lead and participate in project team activities related to enterprise systems. Work independently to accomplish assigned tasks and duties. Adhere to all Commission standards, policies, and procedures. Utilize software and technology tools required to perform job duties. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

Experience supporting SAP BRIM and FICA implementations within enterprise environments. Strong understanding of FICA processes, including payments, dunning, collections, interest, open item management, and CI/GL integration. Experience with BRF+, event framework, and FICA-related enhancements. Experience supporting testing, defect resolution, data conversion, and migration activities. Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools. Experience documenting technical and functional deliverables. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Knowledge of

ITIL/ITSM

methodologies is beneficial.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

8+ years of experience as a BRIM Functional Analyst with CI and/or FICA expertise. 3+ years of

SAP BRIM

experience.

SAP S/4HANA BRIM

certifications (BR230/BR234). Experience with Enterprise Business Solutions and SAP projects. Knowledge of

ITIL/ITSM

practices and methodologies. Experience with BRF+, event framework, and external payment provider integrations.

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

5+ years of experience as a BRIM Functional Analyst with CI and/or FICA expertise (8+ years preferred). Experience with at least one full-cycle

SAP S/4HANA

implementation. Strong understanding of FICA processes, including payments, dunning, collections, interest, open item management, and CI/GL integration. Experience with BRF+, event framework, and FICA-related enhancements. Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Microsoft ADO Testing Module. Ability to support testing, migration, and post-go-live activities. Strong documentation and communication skills.

Education/Certification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.

SAP S/4HANA BRIM

ASTIT Pay:

$90.00 - $100.00 per hour
