Gather, synthesize, and document functional business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders. Build comprehensive process models to guide large-scale business transformation and system updates. Identify operational bottlenecks and provide analytical solutions to improve end-to-end efficiency.

qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Business Process Analysis and Business Process Design. Master-level technical expertise in SAP Logistics Execution (4+ years minimum). Proven track record of evaluating operational business models and translating requirements into technical specifications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis and structural documentation. Prior experience working within the Communications, Media & Technology (CM&T) industry sector. High school diploma or equivalent educational background with extensive corporate industry experience.
