Job Description

Position Overview:
The SAP Business Process Principle
  • Quality and Plant Maintenance (Hybrid) is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing
SAP S/4HANA
business processes related to supply chain, specifically areas related to Quality Management and Plant Maintenance (QM & PM/EAM). This role will ensure seamless integration, standardization, and optimization of supply chain processes across multiple manufacturing sites and distribution centers, driving operational excellence and scalability in a dynamic, regulated environment. This individual will champion SAP process harmonization and implement scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth and complexity. The SAP Business Process Principal
  • Quality and Plant Maintenance will be instrumental in shaping the SAP operation and quality strategy, balancing cost, service, and agility.
Responsibilities:
Perform complex business and systems analysis work; conduct requirements gathering/analysis via information gathering sessions with business users and technical staff. Develop supporting process flows Lead analysis initiatives of existing business processes to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency Create and maintain business requirement documentation which can include use cases, process flows, and system interface diagrams Collaborate with the system implementation team (internal IT and/or external partners) to define and ensure system design supports business process excellence Develop training materials and conduct training sessions with business users to improve adoption and efficient use of all systems related to the Operations job functions as part of change management when applicable Assist in the evaluation of third party tools for feasibility and impact to the business Communicate effectively with business users on the status of enhancements and projects Develop comprehensive test plans with business users and support the coordination and execution of testing Stay current on
SAP S/4 HANA
innovations and industry best practices to inform strategic decisions Support integration of SAP with MES, QMS, PLM, and other relevant enterprise systems Perform other duties as required
Key Decision Rights:
Recommend and implement industry best practices for new processes Govern SAP process changes, enhancements, and new implementations through structured change management frameworks Required Leadership/Interpersonal Skills & Behavior Ability to be the liaison between the supply chain, operations, quality, and maintenance teams and the technical IT team. Maintains positive relationships with key internal business customers, Information Technology and SAP functional and technical teams. Builds cross-functional relationships where persuasive skills, negotiation skills, and considerable insight into supply chain operations are required to gain business confidence. Skills/Competencies:
Self-sufficient, flexible, and motivated team player capable of managing several activities simultaneously. Ability to work in a deadline focused, dynamic environment, and consistently produce deliverables within agreed upon timelines. Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions. Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills are critical. Ability to analyze business processes, design process improvements, and train business users on the new processes. Excellent writing skills. Must have the ability to express strategy, technical knowledge, and processes in easily understood presentations. Positive, results driven, rational, logical, team player. Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies. Ability to work independently & on multiple projects against deadlines. Experience in the healthcare, pharma or medical device industry a plus. Experience working with multicultural teams in a global and complex environment
Education and Experience:
10+ years of quality operations and maintenance experience with a global manufacturing organization, including significant experience in SAP (preferably S/4HANA). Proven track record of supporting ERP implementations and/or transformations in the supply chain workstream Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration. Master's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline a strong plus. SAP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, QM, PM, MM) preferred. Exposure to Lean and Six Sigma practices Ideal candidate will have knowledge of at least the following systems and/or processes: IM
  • Inventory Management QM
  • Quality Management PM
  • Plant Maintenance 3PL Integrations for Inventory Management MES Integrations IDOC monitoring and analysis Device History Records Proven ability to provide business analysis and best practice SAP process design Knowledge of the software and systems development life cycle.

  • based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $136,900.00
  • $205,300.00 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
