Months Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP CO Functional Architect to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Controlling (CO) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure seamless integration across SAP modules. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality SAP CO capabilities within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP CO implementation, configuration, and support activities across projects. Gather and translate business requirements into scalable SAP Controlling solutions. Configure core SAP CO modules including: Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Product Costing Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Ensure seamless integration between SAP CO and other modules such as FI, MM, and SD. Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve defects. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

S/4HANA FICO
implementations Knowledge of cross-module integration (FI, MM, SD) Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills

Experience in large-scale enterprise SAP implementations Exposure to automotive industry environments (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities :
- Drive the design of SAP Controlling solutions that align cost structures and profitability views with organizational financial strategies to support informed decision making for stakeholders in a hybrid work model environment. Oversee configuration of SAP Controlling components including cost center accounting internal orders and profitability analysis to ensure accurate allocation of costs and transparent visibility of margins across business units. Coordinate the implementation of
S 4 HANA SAP
Controlling capabilities focusing on real time reporting and analytics that provide timely insights into operational performance and long term financial trends. Optimize cost settlement processes in SAP by defining settlement rules allocation cycles and assessment structures that support precise tracking of project and service costs. Partner with finance operations and technology teams to align controlling design with statutory requirements internal policies and industry best practices to minimize risk and enhance compliance. Guide integration of SAP Controlling with adjacent modules such as
SAP MM SAP
SD and SAP PP to ensure end to end data consistency and seamless financial flows across the value chain. Develop and maintain standardized reporting and dashboards for management that highlight cost drivers profitability by segment and performance indicators to support proactive decision making. Provide expertise in
S 4 HANA
specific capabilities such as universal journal and real time margin analysis to enhance transparency and streamline reconciliation activities. Coordinate testing cycles including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing for controlling and cost settlement scenarios to ensure quality and stability of solutions. Create detailed functional specifications process documentation and user guides that enable smooth knowledge transfer efficient handover and consistent system usage across distributed teams. Deliver structured user training and coaching sessions that help finance and operations professionals confidently use SAP Controlling capabilities to interpret financial outcomes and drive improvements. Analyze production issues related to SAP Controlling and cost settlement identify root causes and implement corrective actions that maintain system reliability and user trust. Continuously evaluate emerging SAP functionality and industry practices in controlling and cost management to propose enhancements that improve efficiency and financial insight.
