Location:
Greensboro, NC (Hybrid) Required Skills Proven experience with
SAP S/4HANA
Group Reporting and SAP Financial Consolidation tools. Strong understanding of financial consolidation, IC eliminations, equity pickup process, statutory reporting, and accounting principles. Deep
SAP S/4 HANA
functional knowledge and
S/4 HANA
upgrade experience. Experience with at least one full-cycle ECC to
S/4 HANA
upgrade project. Strong communication skills with team members, management, and product owners. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to direct and train team associates. Strong documentation skills using tools like Visio, PowerPoint, etc. Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience. Preferred Skills Additional FI/CO knowledge - AP, AA, GL, PS. Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders. Preferred banking/finance industry experience with understanding of financial accounting concepts. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
