In this pivotal role, you will leverage your strategic planning, business analysis, and process improvement skills to optimize manufacturing operations through SAP's integrated solutions. Duties Collaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing processes and quality management needs, translating these into effective SAP QM solutions. Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Manufacturing modules integrated with QM functionalities to enhance production efficiency and quality control. Drive change management initiatives by guiding clients through process improvements and system upgrades, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption. Develop strategic plans for SAP deployment projects, aligning technology solutions with business goals and growth strategies. Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing manufacturing workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation within SAP systems. Support business development efforts by demonstrating SAP QM capabilities to prospective clients and assisting in proposal development. Manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Requirements Proven experience as an SAP Manufacturing Consultant with a strong focus on Quality Management (QM), including hands-on configuration and implementation. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and related SAP modules such as PP (Production Planning) and MM (Materials Management). Expertise in change management strategies to facilitate organizational transitions smoothly. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, process improvement, and business analysis within manufacturing environments. Strong research skills to stay current on SAP updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to manufacturing. Excellent communication skills for effective business consulting, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery. Experience managing projects using formal methodologies such as PMI or Agile is preferred. Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making and process enhancements.
