Manager Position Summary Requires strong expertise in SAP Supply Chain Management modules, including MM (Materials Management), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), and procurement platforms such as Ariba, Fieldglass, and Icertis. Drive cross-functional collaboration to align business and technology initiatives with Supply Chain objectives, focusing on process standardization, data quality improvements, and future-state Source-to-Pay (STP) transformation. Lead and obtain approval for data conversion strategies, data governance frameworks, data retention and archiving policies, reporting requirements, data quality assessments, and data cleansing plans. Assess and identify data quality gaps, profiling needs, and cleansing opportunities to support successful system transformation initiatives. Define and document data requirements for reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions. Partner with stakeholders across business and functional teams to support data quality assessments, conversion activities, reporting and analytics design, governance initiatives, and archiving processes. Advanced functional knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management), and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
Master Data Domains:
Expertise governing specific asset fields like Material Master, Vendor Data, Source Lists, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Analytics Integration:
Experience linking operational tables to advanced modules like SAP IBP and Ariba with analytical platforms. Experience with merging Large Language Models (LLMs) and data analytics to develop business insights. Job Responsibilities Conduct routine master data quality audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies, missing information, and compliance issues. Establish and maintain enterprise-wide data governance standards, including naming conventions, metadata structures, and validation rules. Lead data cleansing, profiling, conversion, and migration activities for large-scale ERP transformations, including SAP ECC to S/4HANA. Ensure data integrity and validate relationships between material master records and integrated supply chain and logistics modules. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective master data solutions and system designs. Mentor and support team members by sharing analytical methodologies, data collection techniques, and system documentation best practices. Analyze, document, and resolve data quality issues to support future data conversion, integration, and process improvement initiatives. Provide subject matter expertise for the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of enterprise Supply Chain applications. Promote and contribute to internal best practices, standards, and governance frameworks to improve delivery quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field or MBA or equivalent graduate degree equivalent work experience. 10 years of related or equivalent experience.
