W2 Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP MRO Consultant to support sustainment and operational activities within an

SAP S/4HANA

environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes and be capable of supporting business users, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing existing SAP solutions.

Responsibilities:

Provide functional support for

SAP S/4HANA MRO

processes and applications. Analyze and resolve production support issues related to maintenance and repair operations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements. Support configuration, testing, and deployment of MRO-related changes. Assist with integration activities across SAP modules and business processes. Develop functional documentation and provide end-user support as needed. Participate in ongoing sustainment and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Strong experience supporting

SAP S/4HANA

environments. Hands-on knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) business processes. Experience providing SAP production support and sustainment services. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry experience. Energy, Resources & Industrial (ER&I) industry experience. Experience with iMRO processes and solutions. Prior experience supporting large-scale SAP sustainment programs. U.S. Citizenship is required.
