SAP PMMO

(Project Manufacturing Management & Optimization) Functional Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP PMMO and GPD solution design, cross-module integration, and project-based manufacturing planning and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end functional implementations that enable accurate project-level material and cost tracking in complex manufacturing environments .

Responsibilities:

Lead complex solution design and implementation of

SAP PMMO/GPD

best practices, including migrations from ECC GPD to

S/4HANA PMMO.

Drive end-to-end functional delivery, conduct requirement workshops, perform full-cycle configuration, and author FDS and BPD documents. Ensure seamless integration with PS, PP, MM, and CO for project-level inventory visibility and accurate material costing. Configure planning strategies including MTO, lead time scheduling, capacity planning, and MRP areas to optimize execution. Manage delivery cycles, mentor team members, and oversee Unit, SIT, and UAT testing with adherence to clean core standards. Address complex actual costing and ensure compliance with regulations such as DCAA and DFARS MMAS, as applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Expertise in SAP PMMO and GPD with strong proficiency across PS, PP, MM, and CO integration. Hands-on configuration of MTO, lead time scheduling, capacity planning, MRP areas, and project-based costing. Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and produce clear FDS and BPD deliverables. Experience with compliance-aligned costing practices in regulated environments. 10-15+ years of SAP experience with 3-4 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.

Preferred Skills:

Industry background in Aerospace and Defense or complex, project-based manufacturing. Familiarity with government contracting practices, DCAA audits, and

DFARS MMAS
