Senior Enterprise Valuation Consultant (Remote) First Citizens Bank United States, Jersey, Morristown 340 Mount Kemble Avenue (Show on map) May 21, 2026 Overview This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. This positionis responsible forreviewing and approving enterprise evaluations for leveraged loans, advising business units on the development of valuation procedures thatcomply withenterprise valuation policies and procedures. Assesses and interprets available data,utilizingvarious financial models. Serves as subject matter expertregardingvaluation oversight. Mentorslessexperienced staff.

Assistsinchangemanagement to update processes and improve efficiency. Responsibilities Duties & Responsibilities Assessment(75% of time)- Reviews and approves enterprise evaluations for leveraged loans. Analyzes and evaluates financial projections todetermineif assumptions are reasonable and supportable.

Ensuresaccurate,timelyand compliantvaluationreports that support the credit approval process and regulatory requirements.

Managemultiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Business Support(15% of time) - Develops andmaintainsenterprise valuation procedures, tools, and practices. Serves as subject matter expert on valuation and valuation oversight to leadership and provides recommendations for changes. Risk Management(10% of time)- Develops andmaintainsin-depth knowledge of enterprisevaluationlegislative and regulatory guidance. Monitors emerging valuation topics related to GAAP/Statutory/SEC reporting requirements. Develops, administers, andmaintainsthe enterprise valuation program, procedures,toolsand practices while aligning with policies, procedures, and established processes Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Finance, financial modeling, accounting or business analysis OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Finance, financial modeling, accounting or business analysis

Loan valuation in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Fund or valuation
