- The Senior Oracle Reporting Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs and developing technology-driven solutions to enhance healthcare systems.
- Essential Functions
- + Design, build, and maintain sophisticated data models and ETL processes to support high-level reporting and downstream analytics.

Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. +
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Data Science or Business Analytics.
- Required Technical Experience
- + •
Oracle Expertise:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience within Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, HCM) or Oracle Health (EHR). +
Data Analytics:
- 4+ years of advanced experience in SQL and ETL processes, with a proven track record of managing enterprise-level databases. +
Systems Analysis:
- 2-4 years of experience in business process modeling and systems analysis. +
Project Leadership:
- 2-4 years of experience leading complex IT implementation projects.
- Industry Preferences
- + Direct experience in a healthcare environment is highly preferred. + Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) workflows is preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- + Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (i.
SQL, ETL
processes, and data transformation techniques. + Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and related data analytics applications and other business intelligence tools. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess system performance and drive process improvements. + Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. + Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. + Experience working in databases, spreadsheets, and analytics tools to extract insights and improve decision-making. + Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. + Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail in documentation and solution development.- _This is a fully remote opportunity_
