Job Duties:
Develop best practice solutions and knowledge base to develop services for SAP Vistex. Develop the service offering by building industry templates and quick delivery solutions which can be deployed to multiple customers. Work with Vistex ABAP developers to design new functionality and enhancements in the service for Vistex. Perform system development in Vistex IP (Incentives & Payback) and DM (Data Maintenance) modules. Involved in a techno-functional consulting role for end-to-end SAP system implementation. Responsible for Vistex application upgrades. Perform fit/gap analysis with the business and provide the solution based on best practices. Maintain working knowledge of existing product functionality and keep abreast of future product direction. Provide support for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing and help develop training documentation. Ensure high coding standards, perform code reviews, and maintain sufficient documentation. Work with a team of
SAP ABAP
developers, providing support and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery. Create comprehensive technical documentation including functional specifications, technical designs, test plans, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge transfer and support ongoing maintenance. Use of Vistex SAP modules including IP (Incentives & Paybacks), DMP (Data Maintenance Pricing), DMR (Data Maintenance Resources), Customer Rebates, Purchase Rebates, Billbacks, & Chargebacks; SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP ECC, and ABAP.
Requirements:
Masters degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including SAP Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or related experience. Position requires 1 year of experience with SAP Vistex and ABAP. 40hrs/week.
