Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PLM Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Aras Innovator to support the configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background along with functional understanding of PLM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Aras Innovator to meet business requirements Design and manage data models, workflows, and lifecycle processes Work extensively on BOM management and change processes (ECR/ECO) Develop and enhance solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server Integrate PLM systems with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and CAD systems Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of overall PLM experience 4+ years of hands-on experience with Aras Innovator Strong expertise in Aras configuration and customization Experience with data modeling, workflows, BOM, and change management (ECR/ECO) Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server Experience with system integrations (ERP/CAD) Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience integrating with SAP or Oracle ERP systems Exposure to CAD integrations Aras Innovator certification (nice to have)
