• Lead and support YARDI Voyager Cloud application configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with Systems Integrators, Finance, and Tech teams for ERP and financial/accounting module projects.

! Perform YARDI system administration to ensure high system availability and performance. Provide YARDI support and training to end users; document processes. Facilitate data integration and reporting using SQL.

Essential Qualifications:

YARDI Voyager Cloud configuration and support experience (Voyager experience required). ERP implementation and workflow configuration expertise. SQL skills for queries and data reporting. Data integration experience. Project management and business analysis abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (a plus for integrations). Financial/accounting acumen (GL knowledge a plus). Training and documentation experience for end users.

Education:

2-year or 4-year degree required (preferably Computer Science or related); certifications are a major plus.

Hands-on experience supporting and configuring Yardi Voyager Cloud in a business environment. Background in ERP or CRM application administration, configuration, or functional analysis. Working knowledge of financial or accounting processes, with general ledger exposure considered beneficial. Ability to write or interpret SQL for reporting, data validation, or troubleshooting purposes. Experience with system integrations, data management, or connected application environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Proven ability to document processes, train end users, and translate business needs into system solutions. Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
