Decision Scientist

Job Description

• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and analyze large datasets
• Partner with stakeholders as a business analyst to understand data needs and translate them into insights
• Analyze data across categories and interpret results to explain trends and outcomes
• Tell a clear story with data, explaining what models are showing and what they are intended to deliver
• Aggregate and validate data outputs, ensuring accuracy despite large data volumes
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on findings and next steps
• Apply strong attention to detail when working with complex, high-volume datasets

Compensation:

$30-40/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
