Fully Onsite Job Description Seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Enterprise Project Manager to facilitate Agile Scrum processes and support the successful delivery of high-quality enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will guide Agile teams, remove project impediments, coordinate Scrum ceremonies, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including: Daily stand-ups Sprint planning Sprint reviews Sprint retrospectives Backlog refinement sessions Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and Agile best practices Remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure timely project delivery Communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders Promote continuous improvement through team coaching and feedback sessions Track KPIs and ensure delivery of high-quality products and solutions Support hybrid project environments utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Required Qualifications 3+ years of Scrum Master experience 3+ years of Azure DevOps experience 3+ years leading Scrum ceremonies 3+ years of DB querying and programming experience 3+ years using Agile project management tools 3+ years working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments Bachelor's degree (completed and verifiable) Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification Government project experience ERP project experience For more details reach at
