Job Description

Lead HRIS Analyst (UKG Pro WFM) - Contract Knoxville, TN (preferred) | Remote (travel required) We're seeking a Lead HRIS Analyst to drive the final phase of a UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation . This is a high-impact player-coach role leading a small team while staying hands-on to support delivery from UAT through go-live and hypercare . What you'll do:
  • Lead execution across UAT, go-live, and post-launch stabilization
  • Manage/prioritize a team of HRIS analysts
  • Drive testing readiness, defect resolution, and cutover activities
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions
  • Provide hands-on UKG support (configuration guidance + troubleshooting) What we're looking for:
  • Strong UKG Pro (WFM) experience (hands-on)
  • Proven track record leading implementations (UAT/ go-live / hypercare)
  • Ability to manage teams and communicate across all levels
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical execution Nice to have:
  • Infor CloudSuite experience
Travel:
