IDR is seeking a CAPPS Functional Consultant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role supports highly advanced, senior-level consultative work for the CAPPS Program, with a focus on both Fluid upgrade execution and
CAPPS HR/HR/PY
functional expertise. You'll partner with functional and technical teams to deliver configuration, testing, change management, and ongoing post-upgrade support for a statewide ERP environment.
Position Overview for the CAPPS Functional Consultant
Provide senior-level functional consulting and functional assistance supporting the CAPPS Program
Lead or support the upgrade of the ERP system to the Fluid User Interface, including planning, analysis, testing, and deployment
Support
CAPPS HR/PY
functional responsibilities, including workforce administration and HR security setup expertise
Oversee and coordinate AWE (Approval Workflow Engine) configuration, user/role management, notifications, troubleshooting, and testing
Deliver end-to-end quality through system testing, accessibility validation, UAT, and mobile-responsiveness checks
Requirements for the
CAPPS Functional Consultant:
Extensive knowledge and understanding of State of Texas applicable policies
Extensive knowledge of federal labor laws
Extensive technical skillsets needed with App Designer, Integration Broker, assorted
SQR/SQL, BI
Publisher, SAP Business Objects, etc. to support functional responsibilities
Substantial experience supporting the
CAPPS HR/PY
tower in PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2
Extensive knowledge and experience managing the Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
