This role is intended for recent graduates who want to develop a strong foundation in enterprise systems, supply chain, finance, and operations. Analysts will rotate through different functional areas, gaining hands-on experience while supporting business teams in leveraging ERP to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making. Essential Position Functions Principal Accountabilities Learn and support the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across key business areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing. Assist with data analysis, report building, and system testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of ERP processes. Document business processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures. Participate in cross-functional project teams supporting ERP enhancements, upgrades, and new module rollouts. Provide first-line support to business users by researching issues, troubleshooting system problems, and escalating when needed. Assist in developing training materials and supporting end-user training sessions. Analyze KPIs and operational data to help identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Build relationships with key stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and translate them into ERP solutions. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. Strong interest in enterprise systems and cross-functional business processes. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and in team environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; prior exposure to ERP systems or SQL a plus but not required. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow into broader ERP and business analyst responsibilities. Growth & Development This role is structured as a career-launching opportunity.
