Job Description
Overview Client is seeking an MDM Associate to support master data management initiatives focused on data standardization, quality, governance, and process improvement. This role will work heavily in SAP to enter, extract, validate, analyze, and clean master data while helping maintain a reliable single source of truth across key business domains. Core Responsibilities Enter and maintain accurate master data in SAP Extract, validate, and analyze SAP data Perform data cleanup, correction, and deduplication activities Support data quality, governance, and standardization efforts Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and ongoing monitoring Create business process workflows and supporting documentation Partner with SMEs, data stewards, and functional data owners to maintain master data integrity Resolve data issues and execute revisions in alignment with published standards Support consistent master data across financial and operational systems Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies Hands-on Master Data Management (MDM) experience SAP experience required Experience with SAP master data domains such as Material Master, Customer Master, and Vendor Master Strong data validation and data analysis skills Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheet creation, editing, exporting, pivot tables, and macros Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability Experience creating process documentation and workflows Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills or Experience Power BI experience Experience with Coupa, Informatica, Dealpoint, or SharePoint Exposure to data governance and data quality improvement initiatives Basic project management experience Experience working in a team-based or Lean environment Nesco Resource provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
