$183,300 - $240,600 Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Demand to Supply (DTS) Managing Consultant to lead large-scale
SAP S/4HANA
transformation initiatives. This individual will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes while partnering closely with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver successful enterprise-wide solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of
SAP S/4HANA
Demand to Supply solutions. Facilitate business workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define future-state processes, and drive project outcomes. Provide industry-leading business process solutions that align with organizational goals and operational priorities. Develop project plans, implementation schedules, and deployment strategies to ensure successful delivery. Oversee project execution while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Lead functional teams and provide guidance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, system configurations, and testing documentation. Support organizational change and business transformation initiatives enabled through SAP technologies. Required Qualifications 15+ years of experience delivering SAP Supply Chain and Manufacturing solutions. Proven experience leading large-scale global Demand to Supply (DTS) transformation programs. Deep expertise in
SAP PP, SAP
QM, and/or SAP EAM (PM/PS). Strong understanding of end-to-end Demand to Supply processes, including: Production Planning and Execution Discrete Manufacturing Process Manufacturing Embedded PP/DS Quality Management (QM) MES Integration Experience leading design workshops, solution architecture discussions, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Strong understanding of
SAP S/4HANA
capabilities and manufacturing-related business KPIs. Experience integrating Demand to Supply processes with: Order to Cash (O2C) Procure to Pay (P2P) Record to Report (R2R) Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, business process owners, and technical teams. Hands-on SAP configuration experience with the ability to guide solution delivery teams. Experience managing project teams of 5-10 resources. Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor''s degree or equivalent professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP IBP modules including: IBP for Demand Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) IBP for Inventory Supply & Response Control Tower Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Plant Maintenance, Fleet Management, and Customer Service processes. Knowledge of Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM) and SAP Project Systems (PS). Experience developing business cases, proposals, and transformation roadmaps. Minimum of three full-cycle ERP implementations involving multiple functional areas such as Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Warehouse Management.
