Years Job Summary :
Seeking a Junior Business Analyst with experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation. Exposure to SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) is preferred. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories). Create process maps and workflow documentation. Analyze business needs and recommend solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and project teams. Support testing, validation, and project documentation. Required Skills 2-4 years of Business Analysis experience. Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills. Process mapping and workflow analysis experience. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a cross-functional global environment. Detail-oriented and proactive approach. Preferred Knowledge or exposure to SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) .
