Design and maintain position-level change tracking analytics Build dashboards and reporting solutions for workforce and financial analysis Translate complex lifecycle events into: Clear data models Auditable workflows Business-friendly reporting Support operational and strategic decision-making through analytics
Qualifications:
Data Analytics / Business Intelligence 3-5 years of experience in: Data Analytics Business Intelligence Reporting & dashboard development Position-Level Tracking & Analytics Experience designing and maintaining: Position-level change tracking Workforce analytics Auditable data flows Ability to analyze complex position lifecycle events such as: Creation Elimination Modification Replacement Overlap tracking Data Management & Reporting Comfortable working with: Messy datasets Event-driven data Multiple source systems Ability to translate complex workforce data into: Clear dashboards Actionable analytics Decision-making insights HR & Finance Data Experience Experience working with: HR data Finance data Workforce/organizational reporting Cross-Functional Collaboration Strong partnership and communication skills with: Finance teams HR stakeholders Operations teams
