Job description The Team We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle E‑Business Suite R12 Supply Chain to support and enhance Order Management, Inventory, and Shipping operations within a complex, global ERP environment. The Senior IT Business Analyst
  • Supply Chain is a functional expert responsible for designing, optimizing, and supporting business processes across Inventory, Order Management, Shipping Execution, Cost Management, Bills of Material, Oracle Transportation Management and Oracle Demand Planning Fusion Cloud.
This role partners closely with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT teams to deliver best‑practice solutions, improve operational performance, and ensure integrity across end‑to‑end supply chain processes. The Role Lead functional support and enhancements for Oracle EBS modules: Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Shipping Execution, Cost Management, Bills of Material, Oracle Transportation Management Fusion Cloud, Oracle Demand Planning Fusion Cloud and related Supply Chain areas. Gather business requirements, design solutions, configure Oracle setups, and oversee testing and deployment. Work with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions. Develop functional designs, configuration documentation, process flows, and use cases for supply chain modules. Recommend best‑practice process improvements and standardization across sites and functions. Contribute to ERP roadmap evaluation and future-state architecture planning. Provide hands‑on functional expertise in Inventory, Order Management, Shipping, Costing, BOM, OTM Fusion Cloud, Oracle Demand Planning Cloud. Partner with technical teams to define integrations, reports, extensions, and data conversions. Support system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities. Serve as functional lead on upgrades, integrations, and cross‑functional initiatives. Own creation and execution of SIT/UAT scenarios, cutover plans, and readiness checklists. Provide support during hyper care and steady-state operations. Provide expert production support, perform root‑cause analysis, and maintain stable operations. Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, approval workflows, and segregation of duties. Support period close activities for inventory, costing, receiving, and order fulfillment. Collaborate with Analytics to define KPIs, dashboards, and exception-based reporting. Drive global process standardization and continuous improvement What You'll Bring 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules (INV, PO, OM, Shipping, BOM, Cost Management, and Procurement) Hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management and Oracle Demand Planning Fusion Cloud Strong understanding of O2C and P2P processes and how they integrate with Finance Solid SQL skills for analysis and troubleshooting. Exposure to EDI, supplier portals, 3PL integrations, or cloud procurement tools. Experience in SOX-controlled multinational environments. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion Suite. Experience leading ERP enhancements, deployments, or integrations. Experience being part of ERP implementation/upgrade projects. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills. Knowledge of Agile, OUM/AIM methodologies, or ITIL processes. #LI-GG1 About us We're a global team of innovators.
