Job Description

Position Overview The Senior Financial Analyst - Oracle EPM will play a key role in enhancing financial visibility, reporting accuracy, and planning capabilities across the business. This individual will support critical finance processes through the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. This is a highly collaborative role requiring both functional finance knowledge and hands-on EPM technical expertise to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions. Key Responsibilities Support financial close, consolidation, planning, and forecasting processes through EPM system optimization Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT to align systems with business objectives and reporting needs Develop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and narrative reporting Maintain data integrity, system reliability, and reporting accuracy across EPM platforms Provide end-user support, training, and issue resolution for finance stakeholders Build and maintain metadata, business rules, calculations, and integrations Support EPM enhancements, upgrades, and automation initiatives Assist with testing, release management, and adoption of new Oracle Cloud features Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements Translate business requirements into effective system solutions and act as a liaison between functional and technical teams Qualifications Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred CPA, CMA, or Oracle EPM certifications are a plus Experience 4+ years of experience in accounting/finance, with exposure to close, consolidation, and planning cycles 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle EPM Cloud environments Experience with EPM implementations, enhancements, or system administration Strong experience building reports, dashboards, and financial insights for leadership Technical Skills Experience with:
FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS
(Workforce, Capital, Financials preferred) Narrative Reporting, Smart View, Freeform applications Working knowledge of: Business rules, calculations, and configuration EPM Automate, REST APIs, Data Integration / EDM Familiarity with SOX controls and financial systems governance
Pay Details:
