Houston, TX - Onsite from Day 1
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Lead Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP HCM modules including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll, and Benefits. The ideal candidate should have experience leading or supporting Greenfield/Brownfield Public Sector SAP HCM implementations and possess strong functional knowledge across end-to-end HCM processes.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in SAP HCM OM, PA, Payroll & Benefits Expertise in Public Sector projects preferred Experience in Greenfield/Brownfield implementations Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams Strong communication and leadership skills
