In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, create actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, profitability, and decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze operational and financial data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and areas for growth. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track critical performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy and consistency through robust validation processes, working with IT teams to improve data pipelines and reporting systems. Present data-driven findings in a clear and impactful manner to support strategic decision-making at all levels.
Revenue Growth Optimization:
Partner with revenue cycle, finance, and operations teams to identify and implement strategies that maximize profitability. Evaluate service line performance and billing trends to uncover new opportunities for revenue growth. Provide actionable recommendations that align operational strategies with financial goals and long-term growth objectives.
Operational Insights & Collaboration:
Use data to optimize workflows, staffing models, and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations. Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions that drive performance improvements. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly, empowering teams to take informed actions that enhance both financial outcomes and operational efficiency. Key Qualifications Proven experience working in healthcare operations, with a strong understanding of revenue cycle processes. Ideally has experience in behavioral health or similar healthcare settings. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analytics role, with a track record of using data to drive business decisions. Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Apache Superset for data visualization and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets effectively. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
