Position Summary Our client is seeking an experienced IFS professional to support a large-scale enterprise IFS ERP transformation programme. This role will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with operational and strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for IFS customisations and integrations Translate business requirements into functional specifications and integration mapping documentation Configure and test IFS modules across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, and Sales Develop dashboards, reports, and lobbies using IFS reporting tools Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities Deliver end-user training, system documentation, and ongoing support Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend IFS-driven solutions Coordinate testing cycles including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT Troubleshoot issues relating to IFS configuration, APIs, integrations, and custom developments Ensure integrations and system processes meet security, governance, and performance standards Required Experience Minimum 5 years of experience working with IFS ERP systems Strong experience with IFS Cloud preferred Solid understanding of multiple IFS modules and associated business processes Experience with reporting tools, Power BI, and data analysis Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related discipline preferred IFS certifications or formal training advantageous Must be authorised to work in the United States Benefits The company offers a highly competitive benefits package, including: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement savings plan with employer contribution Life and disability insurance Paid time off and company holidays Flexible spending and health savings options Employee referral incentives Long-term career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organisation GoLive Recruitment is a trusted supplier of permanent, contract, and interim recruitment services, specialising exclusively in the IFS ERP ecosystem.
