Job Description

Overview An SAP Analyst is responsible for working directly with the business to review SAP notifications, plan, schedule, and assist with the completion of work activities in the SAP application. They will work with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop plans, schedule tasks, complete tasks in SAP, and interact both internally and externally with finance, accounts payable, supply chain, and vendors. Responsibilities Strong analytical, communication, computer skills, and problem-solving skills. Utilize advanced or expert skillsets in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel. In-depth knowledge and experience with SAP and oil and gas operations. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Experience with layouts/equipment, procurement, inventory, health/safety/risk management, environmental, and regulatory adherence. Strong organizational skills and advanced communication skills (verbal and written) with engineering, management, and vendors. Attention to detail to accurately coordinate logistics, prepare/edit reports, and respond fully to requests. Planning, prioritization of work, and organizational skills to ensure all administrative duties are completed. High personal credibility and ethical standards to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. High dependability and concern for others to ensure needs of others are met. Ability to keep neat and accurate records. Understanding of the importance of safe work practices. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a similar discipline highly preferred. Two or more years of oil and gas SAP analyst or planner/scheduler experience required. Advanced or expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, with emphasis on Excel. In-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience in SAP. Previous reporting, monthly accrual, full analysis scheduling, baselining, fiscal year carryover experience highly preferred. Employee will be rotating to all associated departments as part of training. Strong communication (verbal and written) skills are a must. Demonstrated analytical and prioritization skills along with detailed and accurate reporting. Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug/hair follicle, MVR, agility, etc. Position offers total compensation in addition to wages, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more.
