Analyst with 10+ years of experience across SAP ECC (ERP 6.0) and
SAP S/4HANA
Finance, with a strong focus on enabling Snowflake-based finance data transformation and analytics modernization. This role bridges Finance, SAP, and Data Engineering teams to ensure accurate, scalable, and business-aligned financial data flows from SAP into Snowflake for reporting, analytics, and downstream consumption. data models translate into modern cloud data platforms. Key Responsibilities
SAP FI CO
Functional Expertise Serve as the FI CO subject-matter expert for SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments supporting enterprise finance operations. Own functional knowledge of core SAP Finance and Controlling modules: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders, Product Costing, and
CO PA SAP S/4HANA
Finance & Data Model Expertise Provide functional knowledge on S/4HANA Finance data structures, including: Universal Journal (ACDOCA) New Asset Accounting Margin Analysis (CO PA) Translate differences between ECC and S/4HANA Finance data models for data bridging, harmonization, and analytics use cases. Advise on finance process simplification and standardization aligned with S/4HANA best practices. Snowflake Finance Data Transformation Enablement Act as the functional bridge between SAP FI CO and Snowflake data engineering teams. Define and validate finance data mappings from SAP source tables (FI, CO, AA, CO PA) to Snowflake target models. Ensure financial data extracted from SAP supports: Accurate balances and transactional detail Period-based reporting Profitability and cost analysis Auditability and reconciliation Support design of finance-focused data marts, semantic layers, and analytics-ready structures in Snowflake. Data Quality, Reconciliation & Controls Help to define finance reconciliation rules between SAP and Snowflake (e.g., GR balances, ledger tie-outs). Partner with data teams to establish data validation, controls, and exception handling. Support audit and compliance requirements by ensuring traceability from Snowflake back to SAP source data. Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership Partner closely with Finance leadership, Accounting, Controlling, and FP&A teams to understand reporting and analytics needs. Act as a trusted advisor to Data Engineering, BI, and Architecture teams. Mentor business analysts on finance data concepts and

structures. Support change management and user adoption for new analytics and reporting platforms. Required Qualifications 10+ years of
SAP FI CO
experience, including deep hands-on configuration. Strong experience across SAP ECC and
SAP S/4HANA
Finance environments. In-depth understanding of
SAP FI CO
data models and table structures. Strong accounting and controlling knowledge with the ability to translate business requirements into data solutions. Experience working with data engineers, architects, and analytics teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting SAP-to-cloud data platform transformations, preferably Snowflake. Exposure to
SAP S/4HANA
migrations or Central Finance initiatives. Familiarity with SAP data extraction technologies (CDS Views, SLT, BW extractors). SAP FI, CO, or S/4HANA Finance certification. Experience supporting finance reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud).
