SAP Consultant

Job Description 8-12+ years of hands-on experience delivering SAP Concur implementations, with deep functional expertise in Concur Expense, ExpenseIt, Concur Request, and Audit / Oversight (preferred). Proven track record leading end-to-end US and global/multi-country Concur rollouts, including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, integrations, testing, cutover, go live, and hypercare. Strong functional knowledge of travel & expense policies, approval workflows, VAT/GST/tax handling, per diems, mileage, corporate card programs, and employee reimbursements. Extensive experience working with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, including FI/CO posting, HR/Employee master data, and third party integrations (credit card providers, travel agencies, payroll). Experience managing US-based stakeholders while coordinating with offshore/onshore implementation partners. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment, manage multiple workstreams, prioritize conflicting demands, and proactively escalate risks and issues. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with experience working across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Audit, and Compliance teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including executive-level communication.
