Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Communications Consultant to join our mission-driven organization. Plan, execute, and oversee federal healthcare projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time delivery.
Responsibilities include:
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions proactively Serve as primary point of contact for federal clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with agency objectives Facilitate meetings, and presentations with diverse audiences including government stakeholders and executive leadership Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders Prepare and deliver executive-level status reports, briefings, and documentation Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project trackers, plans, and status reports Support contract deliverable development, client and team processes, and lessons learned Implement and maintain quality assurance processes aligned with federal agency standards
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing dynamic federal projects Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills Exceptional written communication skills with ability to produce clear, concise, and professional documentation Outstanding verbal communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences Proven ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels Strong active listening skills and emotional intelligence Coordinate with subject matter experts, developers, analysts, and other specialists Experience facilitating meetings and managing difficult conversations Education, certifications, or experience (preferred/required): Bachelors plus a minimum of 5 years' experience in communications Previous Federal government experience preferred Required travel up to 30% US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
