How you'll make an impact Map, analyze, and improve current and future business processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across factories and Hub functions. Lead and support projects, ensuring timelines and outcomes are met. Conduct user acceptance testing and validate system updates. Prioritize business requirements and document proposed enhancements. Troubleshoot operational issues and implement long-term solutions. Guide system maintenance and ensure data accuracy and user support. Create and maintain standard work packages and user guides. Your background Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of manufacturing and process experience (or 10+ years of related experience). Experience in business, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields. Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to lead through change with adaptability and collaborative mindset. Ability to travel domestically and internationally (10-20%).
