Team Overview:
We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Finance team and support enterprise analytics and reporting capabilities across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams. This role will help deliver dashboards, operational reporting, data validation, and analytics solutions that improve decision-making and operational visibility across the organization. You'll work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in BI development, data modeling, reporting, and enterprise analytics.
What You Will Do:
Develop Power BI dashboards, operational reporting, and analytics solutions that provide visibility and empower informed decisions Help translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics outputs, supporting Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams Support ad-hoc reporting requests and recurring metrics tracking across business functions Design and support data modeling, transformation logic, and reporting calculations Support extract, transform, load (ETL/ELT) processes by developing SQL queries, validating source data, and assisting in the creation of integration tables, reporting datasets, and analytics solutions Assist in identifying and troubleshooting data quality, reporting, and reconciliation issues Help communicate analytical findings and reporting insights to business stakeholders Continue developing technical skills across Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and enterprise analytics platforms Collaborate with senior BI team members on analytics initiatives, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement efforts
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of experience in BI, analytics, reporting, or a related analytical role, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and functions Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting and data visualization tools Proficiency in SQL with the ability to work with structured datasets, develop reporting logic, and participate in data analysis initiatives Understanding of data modeling concepts, table relationships, reporting structures, and integration datasets Experience supporting data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting processes across enterprise systems Solid attention to detail, data accuracy, and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate with both business stakeholders, technical teams, and other colleagues across the organization
Compensation & Benefits:
The benefits listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Impinj and the country where you work. The typical base pay range for this role across the US is $82,025 - $115,800 . Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. At Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
