Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to extract insights from large datasets, driving key business strategies and enhancing customer experiences. Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate the performance of program features and marketing content based on customer responses and retention metrics. Conduct statistical testing for A/B and multivariate experiments to inform decision-making. Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports to monitor program health and performance. Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders to investigate critical aspects of customer behavior. Utilize data mining, model building, and segmentation techniques to identify important trends within the customer base. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate key questions and present actionable insights to management. Skills 7+ years of experience with large-scale datasets and strong analytical capabilities. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools. Background in statistics, programming, or related fields. Excellent communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience with statistical software such as SAS. Graduate degree in math, statistics, computer science, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
