We're looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer III to join a dynamic team and lead the charge in understanding customer behavior and enhancing our business strategies. Responsibilities Evaluate program features and marketing content to understand customer response and retention trends. Design, build, and maintain insightful metrics and reports on program health and performance. Conduct statistical tests such as A/B and multivariate experiments to improve decision-making processes. Respond to dynamic business inquiries, providing in-depth analysis of customer behavior patterns. Utilize data mining and model building to identify pivotal trends and drive strategic planning. Skills Proven experience working with large-scale and complex datasets. Strong analytical skills capable of translating business questions into actionable analytics. Proficient in SQL with a solid understanding of data handling and querying. Preferred Skills Familiarity with SAS or similar statistical tools is advantageous. An advanced degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or marketing. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
