$55.37-$79.10 Per Hr Description Join our team as a Senior Application Analyst in Madison, WI, on a contract basis. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and improving business systems, while providing primary support to end-users. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with enterprise software solutions. Design and configure business systems for improved performance. Support end-users by identifying and resolving application issues. Conduct impact analysis and test system changes. Mentor junior analysts and delegate tasks as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with system changes. Participate in end-user training and troubleshooting. Maintain flexibility to meet changing business needs. Key Responsibilities Lead enhancement or support request estimations. Guide workflow design and analyze technical issues. Liaise with stakeholders and software vendors. Identify opportunities to improve business workflows. Provide end-user support for issue tracking systems. Qualifications Experience in configuring enterprise software solutions. Ability to lead design, configuration, and integration tasks. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience mentoring junior team members. Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential nights and weekends.
