Milwaukee, WI Position Summary The Senior ERP Analyst/Developer
  • HRMS/Payroll Suite provides advanced technical and functional expertise in the design, development, implementation, integration, and support of Human Resources, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, and related ERP applications.
Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy ERP HRMS and Payroll solutions. Support Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor, Position Management, Recruiting, and related modules. Gather and document business requirements and develop technical solutions. Design and develop custom interfaces, workflows, reports, and application enhancements. Perform system upgrades, patches, and application maintenance activities. Conduct testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders. Support data conversion, migration, and integration initiatives. Provide production support and participate in on-call support activities when required.
