  • $95/hr We have an immediate need for an SAP MDG Consultant for an onsite opportunity in Racine, WI 53403.
This role is part of a critical S/4HANA transformation initiative, offering the opportunity to lead data governance and master data management implementations in a complex enterprise environment. In this role, you will drive end-to-end implementation of SAP Master Data Governance solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to design future-state architectures and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems. You will be responsible for data modeling, UI modeling, process modeling, and implementing rules and derivations using frameworks such as SAP Master Data Governance and
SAP S/4HANA.
The position involves hands-on configuration, customization, and development using ABAP, BRF+, and Floor Plan Manager, along with managing workflows, replication mechanisms, and data synchronization strategies. You will also participate in full lifecycle implementation activities including blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, data migration, cutover, and go-live, while ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards. Collaboration with onsite and offshore teams, along with Agile-based delivery and project coordination, will be a key part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP MDG configurations and development, including data modeling, UI enhancements, workflows, and replication frameworks. Hands-on experience with
ABAP, WD ABAP, BADI
implementations, and object-oriented programming within SAP environments is essential. A solid understanding of ERP data structures, integration patterns, and S/4HANA transformations is critical. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required to manage stakeholders, guide teams, and ensure successful project delivery.
