ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role focuses on building modern user experiences, developing custom applications, and supporting workflow automation while ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and governance standards in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements. Build and customize UI components using ServiceNow UI Builder and Service Operations Workspace. Develop client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript and the ServiceNow Glide API. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Support integrations, workflows, and automation across ServiceNow modules. Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and regulatory requirements. Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain applications using ServiceNow App Engine. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development. Experience with ServiceNow UI Builder and custom workspaces. Strong proficiency in JavaScript. Experience working with ServiceNow Glide object model and APIs. Experience building and customizing ServiceNow applications using App Engine. Experience developing workflows and automation solutions within ServiceNow. Strong understanding of system design and integration concepts. Experience working in Agile environments. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in regulated environments such as banking or financial services. Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate. Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow platforms.
