Pay Rate:
$50 - $55 per hour W2 Due to compliance and state agency regulations, only U.S. Citizens are eligible for submission to this position. No third parties or C2C. Our client is dedicated to delivering impactful digital services in the Phoenix area. They are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to act as a technical anchor, modernizing platforms and driving operational advancements across the organization. You will have a unique opportunity to tackle 0-to-1 solutions and complex systems transformations that directly improve service delivery. Here's what you'll be doing: Engineering and maintaining high quality software applications across the Salesforce ecosystem, utilizing best practice architecture, clean coding standards, and structured development lifecycles. Analyzing and reverse engineering legacy codebases to diagnose bugs, optimize performance, and implement scalable system enhancements. Collaborating with Business Analysts and cross-functional product teams to translate technical requirements into custom configurations, automated workflows, and API integrations. Developing advanced data pathways and integration flows connecting core Salesforce modules with enterprise relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. Authoring technical specifications, application blueprints, and system documentation to align all solutions with regulatory compliance standards. Here's what our ideal candidate has: A minimum of three (3) years of experience operating as a Lead Developer or primary technical owner on one or more major Salesforce enterprise implementations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or an equivalent 7+ years of dedicated, multi-platform software development experience). Hands-on proficiency with SQL development, relational database management (SQL Server/Oracle), and middleware or API integration frameworks (such as MuleSoft). Demonstrated experience working within an Agile framework utilizing source control best practices and the ability to balance multiple competing project priorities. #LI-JE1 #Access Data
